Energy saving
Compared to other systems, our humidification solutions save not only maintenance costs, but also energy. The savings in electrical energy can be up to 99%, depending on the task, and are thus an important contribution to increasing the sustainability of industrial processes.

Material saving
Optimal air humidity ensures a reduction in scrap and thus material savings in a wide variety of applications. Errors in surface technology, prevention of cracking or changes in the shape of wood, as well as problems with food storage are just a few of the many examples of material savings through intelligent air humidification systems.

merlin® is actively contributing to the mobility turnaround as a hands-on partner of leading companies in electromobility. In the automotive industry, efficient air space humidification helps to save material and energy, making the production of electric cars even more sustainable. Under the motto “stop talking, start acting!”, the merlin® car fleet also already consists largely of vehicles with electric drives.

Merlin® has been supporting the company for employees with special needs FAB ProWork in Ried since 1996, thus fulfilling its social responsibility.

We can always rely on punctuality, flexibility and the conscientious work of capable people” is merlin® CEO Johann Reisinger’s positive summary of this cooperation. In 2020, merlin® decided to crown its long-standing partnership with the donation of an air humidification system worth €15,000.
