merlin® is a company that not only focuses on sustainability and innovation, but also attaches great importance to the well-being of its employees. Through special talent tests (LimbicColor®), employees at merlin® can further their development in order to get the most out of their own strengths. We know that satisfied and motivated employees are the key to our success. For this reason we would like to introduce two people in more detail in this article – Brigitte und Christoph.

What training have you undergone?
High school diploma from the HBLWA, training as export assistant at the WIFI as well as customs and telephone training as internal further training measures at merlin®

How has your career progressed at merlin®?
In the Sales back office since the start
What is your task area at merlin®?
Internal sales (for Austria, USA, France and Spain), support for measuring instrument sales, ERP system key user and supervision of apprentices
What foreign languages do you speak?
Fluent English and basic knowledge of French and Italian
What do you particularly like about your work?
The task area is very diversified and there are always new challenges
What is your merlin® highlight?
The merlin® team – many different characters and age groups that make every workday different, so that I really look forward to going to work

Widely varying further training during my time at merlin®: electrical installation technician, B-Matura (≈ civil servant diploma), graduate automation technician, hygiene training and much more
